On 10 June 2026, PARKNPERKS PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated in India. Seeing the company become official was deeply personal. It brought an idea inspired by my father one step closer to becoming something we could share with the world.
But when I think about that milestone, I think first about the people who stood beside me.
Building a company means asking people to believe in something while it is still taking shape. It means sharing an ambition before you have every answer and finding people willing to help you work through the questions. I have been fortunate to have those people around me.
They trusted me, made introductions, offered suggestions, and spoke on my behalf. They brought their relationships, experience, and judgment into this venture. Above all, they believed in me, and I want to recognise what that has meant.
Sagar Malhotra has always believed in me and told me the truth. That combination of belief and honesty has meant so much throughout this journey. I could see the pride he had in me, and I felt the same pride in him. Having someone who supports you and speaks honestly with you gives you confidence to keep moving. Sharing this milestone with him makes it especially meaningful.
Meet Hasmukh Gala managed operations and execution, helping turn our conversations and plans into action. Building something involves countless moving parts, and I am grateful to Meet for taking responsibility for the work, bringing structure to it, and helping us move forward.
Mukti Prasad Behera helped build the technology foundation for PARK[N]PERKS. He brought his effort and technical perspective to the challenge of turning our vision into a product people could use. I am grateful for his willingness to build alongside me as that vision took shape.
Naman Nagaich helped give PARK[N]PERKS its story, voice, and identity. Explaining an idea that matters deeply to you is not always easy. I am grateful to Naman for helping us express what we stand for and shape how we introduce ourselves to the world.
Harinarayan Ratha helped establish the financial and legal foundations of the company. His contribution supported the practical work of turning an ambition into an organisation. I am thankful for his guidance and the care he brought to that responsibility.
Dr. Sreyash Satpathy brought institutional contacts and connections, helping us pursue recognition through Startup Odisha and Startup India, alongside opportunities for incubation. Making an introduction means putting your own credibility behind someone. I am grateful for his willingness to open those doors, speak on our behalf, and help us find support for the journey ahead.
Vandana Sharma opened doors to the experiential sector, bringing connections and possibilities across live performances, ticketing, film, television, and events. Her contribution helped broaden our understanding of what PARK[N]PERKS could offer. I am grateful for the introductions, ideas, and possibilities she brought into this venture.
To each of you: thank you for being with me while so much was still being figured out. Thank you for the suggestions that improved our thinking, the honest conversations, and the introductions that gave us a chance to be heard. Thank you for trusting me enough to speak about this venture with people who trusted you.
Most importantly, thank you for believing in me. I know that belief carries responsibility, and I want to honour it through the way we build this company and treat the people who become part of it.
Our incorporation is a milestone I will always be proud of. Being able to share it with you is what makes it special.
