Terms and Conditions

PARKNPERKS Private Limited is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U62099MH2026PTC472301), with its registered office at 1009, 10th Floor, Arc One By Lotus Developers, Opp. Tanishq Showroom, Near City Mall, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra-400053, India. The Platform is a technology and membership experience layer. Regulated financial products, where offered, are provided by partner banks and other authorised entities under their own terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or are required to be restricted by law.

Subject to these Terms, we provide access to features that may include:

• Account, profile, and Status Vault tools;
• Savings goals and related engagement features;
• PARKNPERKS Credit, vouchers, and status tiers;
• ParkScore and related behavioural signals;
• Experiential rewards, bookings, and partner offers; and
• Member support and grievance channels.

Features may change, be limited by tier or eligibility, or depend on partner availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

PARKNPERKS is not a bank and is not a credit information company. ParkScore is a proprietary behavioural signal based on savings discipline and engagement; it is not a regulated credit score or credit information report. Any savings, deposit, credit, prepaid payment instrument (PPI), or similar product is issued solely by the relevant partner bank or regulated entity and is subject to that entity’s assessment, KYC, and terms. We may facilitate access to such products through the Platform but do not underwrite or guarantee them.

PARKNPERKS Credit, vouchers, and experiential rewards are promotional or service benefits governed by these Terms and any offer-specific rules shown in the Platform. Unless stated otherwise, Credit and vouchers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or be adjusted for fraud, error, chargebacks, or policy violations. Redemption depends on partner inventory, availability, and eligibility. Unredeemed balances on account deletion are handled as described in Section 10 and any applicable offer terms.

Some features may involve service fees, convenience charges, or partner pricing disclosed before you confirm a transaction. Payments are processed by authorised payment partners. You authorise charges for selected services and are responsible for applicable taxes. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may affect access to related benefits. Refunds, if any, follow the rules disclosed for that product or booking and applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• Impersonate others, misrepresent identity, or circumvent KYC or security controls;
• Interfere with Platform integrity, scrape without permission, or reverse engineer non-public components except as allowed by law;
• Resell, transfer, or commercially exploit Credit, vouchers, or access in unauthorised ways; or
• Violate partner terms, intellectual property rights, or these Terms.

The Platform may link to or integrate third-party sites, banks, payment processors, experience partners, and other services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their offerings. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or performance except as required by law.

The Platform, branding, ParkScore methodology, software, and related content are owned by PARKNPERKS or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials without prior written consent, except for content you lawfully submit under a licence that allows us to operate and improve the Platform.

You may request account deletion through the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting support as described on our Delete Account page. Deletion is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and legal retention requirements. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, inactivity, or legal obligation. Unredeemed Credit or vouchers may be forfeited where permitted by the applicable offer terms and law.

The Platform and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed. Partner products remain subject to partner terms and regulatory requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PARKNPERKS and its directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Platform in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the affected service in that period, or (b) INR 5,000, except where liability cannot be limited under Indian law (including for proven fraud or wilful misconduct).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PARKNPERKS and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
