For years, the best experiences, luxuries, and access have felt reserved for people who already have wealth, status, or the right connections. For everyone else, the aspiration exists, but the path towards it is often unclear.
You can see the experience. You can imagine yourself there. Yet there is no clear instrument to help you progress from wanting it to accessing it.
That is the gap we are building PARK[N]PERKS to address.
When we speak about “the other 99 percent,” we mean the people standing outside those gates: people with ambition, taste, and dreams who deserve a meaningful way forward. The phrase expresses whom we want to serve, rather than a measured market percentage.
Someone may dream of an exceptional holiday, a remarkable live performance, or an experience they have always considered beyond their reach. That ambition deserves a path they can understand—one where they can see possibilities, make informed choices, and recognise their progress.
Access has too often depended on the status someone already holds. We believe there is room to build around the person they are working to become.
This is the purpose behind ACE—Agentic Commerce Ecosystem.
Our ambition is to connect everyday participation with future possibilities. Through a more connected relationship between commerce, loyalty, intelligent assistance, and, over time, appropriately enabled financial services, we want to create clearer ways for people to move towards the experiences they value.
We are keeping the mechanics of that vision private while we develop it. But the intention is straightforward: give people a useful instrument for progression, with greater visibility into what is available and what it takes to get there.
That does not mean every luxury becomes immediately affordable or every door opens at once. It means working to make the journey more understandable, more attainable, and worth participating in.
For PARK[N]PERKS, this purpose shapes the entire ecosystem. It influences the products we build, the relationships we pursue, and the way we think about value.
The other 99 percent already have aspirations. We are building to give those aspirations a clearer way forward.
